Kristopher Decker, a Commercial Photographer, founded Firewater Photography, LLC in 2006. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Firewater Photography specializes in Architectural, Fine Art, Editorial and Product photography. It’s client list includes Pazdan-Smith Group Architects, Hubbell Lighting, GreerNow Magazine, Trehel Corporation and First National Bank of the South, to name a few. After a very successful start, Kris realized that in order to stay on track, he was going to need some help. During the summer of 2007, his wife Monica Decker came on board as Operations Manager and Photography Assistant.


Firewater Photography is a business focused on social responsibility. That is why the company donates regularly to Shared Hope International, The Rainforest Alliance, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Kris Decker has also been a member of the American Society of Media Photographers since 2006. ASMP is the premiere resource for publication photographers to gain education on rights protection, promotion standards, professional standards and business ethics.
